[kde-doc-english] K3b Manual - Introduction + Supported media

I have finished 2 more little chapters.
Introduction = needs to replace the current introduction.
Supported media formats = needs to go somewhere at the end of the manual like 
an appendix. Does not replace an existing chapter.

Also, the chapter with how to rip a dvd-video and encode to mpeg4 needs to be 
removed. The procedure is no longer valid. A new method is in place but it is 
just in svn version now.
We may keep the title but remove the contents and put something like "new 
procedure coming soon" etc.
