[kde-doc-english] problem to generate the language docbooks for kdebase/kdeprint

OK, done - could one of you inform kde-i18n-doc, since I don't understand the 
details of the translation process.

BTW, I also noticed r522707 in kmenuedit, which fixes an incorrect doc - does 
it cause the same problem as the kdeprint change? Or just create some 
fuzzies?
