[kde-doc-english] RSIBreak Manual Review.

Hi, 

I just committed the RSIBreak manual.  I would like a review for spelling and 
style, because english is a second language for the authors (Bram 
Schoenmakers and me).

It is not a manual completely identical as most KDE-documentation. I don't 
like describing every single setting in the configuration, I rather explain 
the big lines and pitfalls, added with usefull tips and some screenies. And 
to be honest, I prefer it to keep it this way....

The docbook sanitizer from EBN is offline, when it is online again, I'll deal 
with the issues reported.

I hope someone wants to read it and make it a pleasant reading for the users!

The docbook is located in trunk/kdereview/doc
