You can use the standard Vim control keys (j, k, l, and h) to navigate around in Konqueror! Also, try the automatic scrolling feature by holding shift and pushing a direction; Shift + j, for example, will start to automatically scroll down. You can then reduce / increase the speed by continuing to hold Shift and pressing k or j respectivley.
