[kde-doc-english] documentation unfreeze for 3.5.2

In favour as well, even if it's only to keep the process smooth, as I don't know
if I'll be on the writing side of the docs then.
(Quite busy with Krita till February 2nd, and after the 2nd just busy with
KOffice, and Dutch stuff needs to be done as well ;)
