[kde-doc-english] accentuation of gui elements in docs

Hi,

for some time now I have been courious about the color gui elements are 
accentuated with in the docs.
On my monitor almost no difference is noticeable. Others confirmed that. You 
have to look very carefully to a word to see the gray background.

As PhilRod figured out, the bgcolor was changed a while ago:
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/kdelibs/doc/common/kde-default.css?rev=224018&r1=215000&r2=224018

Was that for a specific reason? Is the color rgb(240,240,240) too dark 
on some monitors?
