[kde-doc-english] Question on the akregator manual

I was trying to find some information on akregator in the manual as was
looking through Help Center for the manual and received an error.  I then
opened up the manual through the application and ntoiced that it was
lacking.
What is the status of this manual?  It needs lots of love :)
