[kde-doc-english] More on PDF generation

I've done a bit more work on PDF styling. The output is now a first 
approximation to what I expect the final output would look like. You can get 
the latest package and instructions for using it at:
http://users.ox.ac.uk/~chri1802/kde/pdf-stuff/pdf-instructions.html

This package should provide a good base for customization to make a 
distinctive, clean KDE style. Unfortunately, it's beyond my artistic/design 
abilities, but if anyone can suggest a look, I can probably do the LaTeX to 
implement it.
