[kde-doc-english] KOshell doc - 1st draft

Hi all,

Here is the first draft of the KOffice Workspace (i.e KOShell) doc that I 
wrote. I took kontact doc as an example ;-)

Please let me know if it needs more sections and what could be improved. There 
might be some bad use of English especially with prepositions. Also I did not 
know if in <keyword> i should use entities.
