[kde-doc-english] commiting patches

Hi,

I translate docs in the german team and don't like to translate docs with 
errors.

So I usually check the documentation regarding menus, commands and guiitems 
before I start to translate or update a translation and file bugreports with 
patches, that fix these errors.

Its a pity, that some of these fixes (i. e. kmag, kmplot, kmouth) did not make 
it into a stable release, even if they were filed in time (weeks ore months 
before the message freeze). 

So I would like to commit these kind of patches myself, is this ok?
