Thanks for your message. I'm not sure what the best way to deal with this is, 
since all documentation that is part of the KDE distribution must be in 
English in order to be translated.

I think the best thing to do is to ask the Spanish translators if they can 
find a home for your document. You can find more information about the 
Spanish translation team at:

Does anyone else on the list have any other ideas about how to proceed?
