[kde-doc-english] Please update screenshot information

In regards to screenshots and the information posted at 
http://i18n.kde.org/doc/screenshots.php
The use of the Keramik window decoration is now out of date in this 
document. The default window decoration for KDE 3.4 is Plastik. 
Documentation screenshots should always use the current defaults of the 
version of KDE it relates to in order to reduce confusion. Thus all new 
screenshots that pertain to KDE 3.4 should use the defaults of KDE 3.4.

The information should be updated to read something like this
"*Window decoration: **KDE Default (Plastik for KDE 3.4)
