[kde-doc-english] Kpdf manual

Hi, i've just wrote a draft for kpdf manual, copying some parts from 
kghostview and other similar tools, could you please have a look at it and 
tell us what we can improve?

Also, are we still on schedule for adding it to kde 3.4?

There is a part of the manual that is still missing, Enrico please can you 
document it completely as i don't know the deeps of the memory manager, etc.

Please CC us as we are not on that ML
