Shift-F3,F11,F10,F9,F7,F6,F5,Ctrl+U,Ctrl+Tab,Ctrl+Shift+U,Ctrl+Shift+I,Ctrl+Shift+D,Ctrl+Shift+B,
Ctrl+Shift+A,Ctrl+Shift+-,Ctrl+Shift++,Ctrl+J,Ctrl+I,Ctrl+G,Ctrl+B,Ctrl+D,Ctrl+A,Alt+PageUp,
Alt+PageDown,Alt+Ctrl+U,Ctrl+O,Ctrl+W are not in the old list.

File->Export, File->Close, Edit->Go to line (needs to move to end),
Edit->Deselect, Edit->Block Selection, Edit->Overwrite Mode, Bookmarks->Set
bookmarks, View->* (Currently no section for this either), Tools->Read-only
mode, Tools->File type mode, Tools->Highlight mode, Tools->End of line,
Tools->Align, Tools->Uppercase, Tools->Lowercase, Tools->Capitilize, Tools->Join
lines, Tools->Word Wrap Document, and Settings->Choose editor need entrys.
