[kde-doc-english] Write documentation for Kalzium

You can definitely submit documentation in plain text format, and
others will convert it to Docbook. Quanta is, I hear, very good for
Docbook editing, and there is a docbook guide on http://i18n.kde.org/
at http://i18n.kde.org/doc/markup/index.html
