OK. It used to be KDE-specific, and we made efforts to make it generic. In the
meantime, KDE documentation markup habits evolved independantly. So the
filiation with KDE is not obvious anymore, yes.

I have no problem with linking the doc primer instead. And as I said, the
crash course is a bit outdated, too.
