- Mike, does the new version have Footnote/Endnote on the
menu? My version only mentions Footnote.
Having F/E is definitely better because the Insert
menu also has the Footnote/Endnote item.
BTW the section about changing endnotes could be left out.
The method to change the settings is exactly the same as
changing footnotes. Even the tabs in the dialog look
the same.
I missed info about:
getting back to the text after editing a footnote (or endnote)
Here's how to do it:
In footer: Move mouse over entry number, pointer
changes into 'move-frame-pointer'
(grabbing hand on my system, arrows seem to be the default)
Right-click and select: Go to Footnote (or Go to Endnote)
