[kde-doc-english] New user guide: error in KDE environment description

In the new user guide, in the section "Chapter 7. KDE the Multiuser Desktop"

there is an error describing the KDE environment variable $KDEDIR.

$KDEDIR can only have *one* directory and is depreciated anyway.
Users should use $KDEDIRS which superseeds $KDEDIR and can hold more than one 
directory. Also as far as I know, the separator character is : (like for 
$PATH) not , 

(Also please note that the directory .kde can be configured by $KDEHOME to be 
elsewhere.)
