I've checked and committed this, so it should turn up in your next cvs 
checkout or on docs.kde.org shortly.

If you have time, it would be great if you could add some more details about 
using the dirfilter, for example, what the 'use multiple filters' and 'show 
count' options do, and perhaps a quick example of simple use of the plugin.
