[kde-doc-english] removing Kontour from KSpread doc

Hi all,

I just saw that Kontour is still mentioned as an KOffice app in the 
KSpread docs (even in CVS HEAD), attached is a patch that removes 
Kontour from the introduction (index.docbook) of KSpread.

If you think it is ok (the docs build and install and look OK) then 
I'll commit it.
