[kde-doc-english] User guide.

Hi,

I have some dutch documentation which I can translate about creating éëæß 
characters within KDE. 

I don't know if the user guide is the place where this should be or if it is 
there already, but this is one thing I run into a lot with new kde users.

Is it usefull to translate for the guide or not (please be honest ;-))
