[kde-doc-english] KOrganizer What's This [2]

Okay, here's an updated patch for KOrganizer What's This. It is quite
a bit more detailed, but not quite ready yet. I have a few questions.
First is an email I sent earlier about the MIME Type column in the
Attachments section of the event/to-do editors.

Second of all, what exactly is 'Zoom to Fit' supposed to do on the
Gantt chart? I thought it would zoom to view the entirety of the
event's duration, but it zooms out to three or four days even when the
event is only an hour or two.

Finally, I didn't really add details to the recurrence editor file. In
fact, I barely glanced at it, because I remember what an inordinately
large amount of work it had taken the first time around (I think it's
somewhere like 1/3 of the patch). So, if anyone sees anything that
should be changed, let me know. Otherwise, I really don't think any of
it needed elaboration anyway - the options are reasonably clearcut.

So, have a look, and tell me what you think (again).

PS: This is exactly the email I sent to KDE-PIM, minus a section that
was specific to PIM development and didn't have much to do with the
patch.
