It is in need of serious work, and both Carlos Woelz and I are working on
the docs. However, we've agreed to do lots of little commits, changing a
paragraph here or there - there's no grand total rewrite going on. This
means that any commits by someone else will just be taken into the flow.
Go for it - just don't do a grand overall rewrite.

[ I suppose this means I'm treating the docs like code - stuff you improve
incrementally. ]
