[kde-doc-english] KDE FAQ Omission

Hello,

I am a debian user.  I want to install kde.  When I read your FAQ, and
follow your installation instructions which lead me to:

ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/

I never find a README or other file that says something like:

"To install KDE, execute the following command:

apt-get install [proper-kde-install-command]"

Please add this information to your FAQ and to the ftp site readme
files!
