[kde-doc-english] Problem compiling KDE Base 3.2.1

Hi,

I was refered to send this question here from kde-quality project. I 
have been trying to compile kdebase over and over again. I couldn't get 
this problem resolve. The error as below:

I did 'find' and found that kdex in:

./src/kde/kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/dtd/kdex.dtd
./src/kde/kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/obsolete/kdex.dtd

Notice that it's in the "src" directory, it's not in the build 
directory, which is the destination of "configure" and compile.

Thank you in advance for any help. I want to get this solve as soon as 
possible to be my base to help out kde-quality.
