In "Kandalfs nützliche Tipps (german version)" you see the following wrong information:

"In der Fensterdekoration namens "B II" werden die Titelleisten automatisch so positioniert, dass sie immer sichtbar bleiben. Sie können eine Fensterdekoration auswählen, indem Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf eine Titelleiste klicken und "<b>Einrichten</b>" auswählen."


The problem is that the menu-item "Einrichten" is not available.
It is called "Erweitert" , "Keine Umrandung"
