[kde-doc-english] Bugs flood

Hi guys,

We're doing some drastic rearrangement of the docs bugs, in order to make it 
easier to query and find quality team type jobs.  This is naturally causing 
an email flood.

If you're new to the list, please note this isn't the normal level of traffic, 
just a one time event.  

In any case, we should be done soon, and things will return to normal.
