[kde-doc-english] Updates to existing documents

I've done an update to the KPresenter docs for a new feature that I added.

I just realised that I haven't updated the <date> and <releaseinfo> elements. 
Should these be updated for every commit, or for major releases / rewrites?

For changes like the one above, is the next <releaseinfo> after 1.10.00, 
1.11.00 or 1.10.01?
