What is the difference between:
<!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//KDE//DTD DocBook XML V4.1.2-Based Variant 
V1.1//EN"
and
<!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//KDE//DTD DocBook XML V4.1.2-Based Variant 
V1.0//EN"

I wasn't having problems but other people who tried to compile the 
documentation into HTML did.
