[kde-doc-english]author entities

Hi,

Given that translators (in some teams) use entities to add their
names, why would authors, proof readers and reviewers of the
English documentation not do so as well?

One advantage is that changes in email addresses (or other
information, mark-up structure, ...) immediately percolate to all
documentation.

They would behave like the entities general.entities, but I would
set up a separate file for them.
