Hi all,

The list is now open for external contributors.

If we get too much spam, we can always close it again.

I've noticed that a few anti-spam options were not activated, like protection 
agains implicit destinations. Maybe it's possible to play around a bit with 
those options and see what comes of it. Personally I haven't the time right 
now.
