[kde-doc-english]'to' field markup question + vi problem

Hello,

If you are using vi to edit your docbook, then I may need your help: I have a 
problem with the autoindent features and I failed to switch this off.

Meanwhile, how should I markup the 'to' field in the following string:

<varlistentry>
<term>
<menuchoice>
<guimenu>File</guimenu>
<guimenuitem>Mail...</guimenuitem>
</menuchoice>
</term>
<listitem>
<para>Opens Kmail composer window and puts the selected &kaddressbook; entry 
in the 'to' field of the new email.</para>
</listitem>
</varlistentry>
