[kde-doc-english]Konqueror Handbook Change Warning

Would someone with sufficient status and the right connections (Eric?) please 
forward this to the appropriate translation/proofreading lists.

Those wonderful Konqueror developers seem to be adding so many cool new 
features and different ways of doing things that the Handbook is beginning to 
look very dated and in need of a thorough overhaul in preparation for KDE 3.1

Next month would be a good time for me to do this, so perhaps translators and 
proofreaders should hold off doing any further work on the Konq doc until the 
end of June?
