I'm not much of a doc translator anymore but I would presume that the recent 
changes (and the proposed changes) to the Control Center are going to 
destabilize a pretty big part of HEAD documentation real soon (see 
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-core-devel&m=102538819914518&w=2).

Maybe Lauri can comment on this one.
