Exactly -- from the KDE style guide:
>Notice that every item in a menu that opens a modal dialog for further interaction with the user must 
>be labelled with a trailing ellipsis (...) (e.g. Save As..., Open...). There's no space between the 
>menu item and the "...".

Of course, this is something that's difficult to pick up in po files, but we definitely should fix them when we find them.
