[kde-doc-english] Trailing points in PO files

  During the proof-reading phase of the french team, we discussed an old 
problem : in many apps, the use of trailing points (for menu entries, etc) is 
incorrect. Some trailing points are missing, some are useless.
  It is too late to tackle this issue for 3.0, but it would be great to be 
aware of it for the next version.
  What is the official rule for the use of trailing points in an entry ? 
Every time the action launched by the menu is not immediate (opens a dialog, 
for example) ?
