Hi,

when trying to build the German DocBook files for Konqueror's documentation 
(KDE_3_1_BRANCH) I get a problem:

plugins.docbook:249: validity error: Element chapter content does not follow 
the DTD
Expecting (chapterinfo? , (title , subtitle? , titleabbrev?)
<snip>
got (chapterinfo title sect1 sect1 para )

I think this has somehow to do with the contents of the CREDIT_FOR_TRANSLATORS 
section. For test purposes I replaced it by a simple <para> </para>. But this 
also gives the above mentioned result.
Only after setting that section to <sect1><title> </title> <para> 
</para></sect1> the docbook creation works fine.

What is the problem here? BTW, the contents of the CREDIT_FOR_TRANSLATORS 
sections is the same in all of konqueror's PO files but only with 
konqueror_plugins.po I get these problems.
