[kde-doc-english]KOffice: GPL vs. LGPL

I've just noticed that according to their About dialog boxes (and the source
files), most KOffice apps are licensed under the LGPL not GPL, but the
documentation the Credits & Licenses sections say GPL.

So if no one has any objections I'll go through the KOffice docs tomorrow and
change them as needed in HEAD.

One minor problem is that we don't have an entity '&underLGPL;' and although
perhaps one should be added, I think that it would cause a lot of annoyance
to people trying to build Koffice from cvs if it were suddenly used in the
KOffice docs at this stage, particularly as KOffice at the moment can be
built against KDE 3.0 as well as 3.1/cvs.

So I'll simply replace the line
	&underGPL;        	 <!-- GPL License -->
with
<para>This program is licensed under the terms of the <ulink
url="common/lgpl-license.html">GNU Lesser General Public
License</ulink>.</para>

OK?
