| It looks like this one is due to the contents of update-doc.docbook :

| 
| As &kappname contains "<" and ">" of "<application>" tag induced by &kappname; 
| entity, the url attibute and  the contents of the ulink tag are incorrectly 
| formed.

| Are you able of fixing it ?

I removed the mention of &kappname; in the URL.

Is it working now?  Otherwise, I can just put an unparametrised
reference.
