Names fixed to match the docbook files.

The CVS module is named kdeextragear-1.  I don't think this is incorrect at 
all, since there will, in time, be more than one of these, and lumping them 
all into one directory in the templates is going to be very difficult to deal 
with.

Found and committed that one (I think an errant cvs-clean killed it, after I'd 
done templates, and before I could commit all the docs to go with them.)

Could you please report these to kde-doc-english in future, or use the bugs 
system (there is a package "docs" for just this purpose)?
