 A slight delay in sending you the preliminary version of Kformula.docbook. 
Kdebase was broken tonight so I was unable to test the install method for the 
esstix fonts. this is an important part of the Kformula documentation. It's 
necessary to come up with an exact prescription of how to install these fonts 
with kfontinst and yet circumvent the .ps and .png problems. Previously I 
allowed freetype2 to build it's own .afm's. The best results are obtained if 
kfontinst uses the supplied .afm files and that anti-aliasing is disabled 
only for the esstix fonts. I need to test this approach. Hopefully in 24 
hours I will have a good build and be able to submit. I just need to test one 
or two details before writing them up.
