I don't appear to have kfaxview installed on my system. I do have KFax 
installed on my system. I ran KFax, checked the capitalisation, and fixed the 
entity.

You're right, kfaxview should almost certainly be spel KFaxView, although 
since I couldn't check, I didn't fix it.

The whole point of the changing was to make the documentation and the apps 
consistent!
