KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master + stable) (8 September 2026)

Both Kate and KDevelop were caused by Konsole adopting a (mandatory)
dependency on libssh.
I have added that to the Blueprints now in
https://invent.kde.org/packaging/craft-blueprints-kde/-/commit/022a79ca9d10fdfde6b293cdbafb09fe17e1540b
and have triggered rebuilds.

Failed right at the end, have increased the timeout limit.

This will long term be resolved by migrations to the cluster as the current
machine that runs the buildpublisher is in a different data center, so
co-locating them in the same DC should avoid those issues (helps when you
can go at native 1 GBit+ speeds)

Must be a busy builder, Craft builds only take 30 minutes so have triggered
a rebuild.
