Restore applications contents at login under Wayland

The wayland protocol is there
https://wayland.app/protocols/xx-session-management-v1 and implemented
in KWin and many compositors.
We don't yet have the client side in Qt/KDE, work is ongoing.
We have a bug to track this:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15329 (don't pay attention to the
original X11 reporting, it has been repurposed.

Some other apps might already have support.

This has caught many users' attention lately.
