bugs.kde.org forbidden?

Hi both,

Yesterday we were hit with a severe scraper attack, which required very
aggressive mitigation mechanisms to be put into place.

These measures unfortunately impact legitimate clients in some
circumstances.

Each email, Matrix ping, ticket, etc. that i've received this evening is
delaying me adjusting those to a more "happy medium" so please be patient.
