People have committed the same crime against the OpenLDAP infrastructure
that I tell people not to do against ours: using the archive links offered
by Gitlab / other host.
For very understandable reasons the OpenLDAP admins have blocked that.

I have fixed with

A similar fix is needed in Craft.

Arianna also bumped the dependency it has on Baloo, so I had to bump that
