Who/What is responsible for very low installations of Linux desktops?

I realize that this is not the right forum for this, so I will refrain from
sending new emails other than replying to emails which were sent as replies
to my original email.

I agree about Nvidia. But majority of companies are not doing it.

Another aspect is that around 95% of computer users or even more are not
from computer/software industry.

So, these users expect that if they buy a new device and plug it in, then
it should start working automatically.

This happens with Windows but not with linux, and that's why linux desktops
will not become very popular.
