It seems Maki is already living on KDE infrastructure in your personal 
namespace. In that case you don't need incubation (which is for projects that 
are external from KDE and want to become a KDE project). In your case you just 
have to move Maki to Playground and eventually ask for KDE Review, i.e. the 
left branch at https://community.kde.org/Policies/Application_Lifecycle
