These jobs will be prone to regressing every time cppcheck is updated
unfortunately.

Custom jobs are not centrally supported, so this can just be removed.

Sigh, this is caused by a version bump to
https://invent.kde.org/libraries/ktextaddons - this is a continuing trend
with PIM projects....

Has been fixed now, was a runner issue. MacOS is special.
