Same issue as previous, suffering from needs-latest-frameworks-itis.

Caused by kde/pim.version=2.0.0 in .craft.ini, changed in
https://invent.kde.org/pim/itinerary/-/commit/266d5293dbf3985c9773c5e4697f99b0f8ae2a17
Not sure that commit makes any sense at all though so I have reverted now.

Also suffers from needs-latest-frameworks-itis.

Given it is just ECM this should be revisited.
